Lesson times are similarly adjusted to suit your needs: whether it is a long-term steady improvement of your business English, or an intensive ‘immersion’ for an important new job or business trip. Typically topics covered can vary from how to send polite emails; using the phone effectively; keeping the conversation interesting at a business dinner; and how to run negotiations. Lessons can be given in either a one-on-one or group format, according to you and your company’s exact needs.
